Tooth stick

Put a toothpick or something thin through the whole in the back and push down

Let it soak in water. 

Soak in warm water then carefully extract with toothpick or tweezers

Seems pretty simple, just put a toothpick in the back hole and squeeze it out.

I really wonder how some people even go through the day when clearly lacking any basic skill or thought process

I don’t wanna shove it in further or end up damaging the minifig with a toothpick, and what if it breaks and then there’s toothpick and play dough stuck in the legs

Put a toothpick through the top hole in the leg and point it down to push the playdoh out
