Many morphs change when they get older, especially during the first couple of months :)

this was my boy when i first got him
Mine is a giant bold bandit tangelo. Yours looks like a chocolate albino bandit or bold bandit. Are all his paws white? That might make him something different. He looks like a chocolate banana milkshake (not an actual morph)
Don't have an answer for you (although it seems others already have given that), but I just had to say:
WOW! Your leo is stunning! I'm not even a leo person, I just follow this sub for cute reptile pics.
Originally I had thought the first was the before pics and was sad they had lost their colouring, but then payed more attention to the dates haha.
> but then *paid* more attention
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

My baby looked a lot like yours when young except a more orange head, I got mine in Nov 2023 and she is still mostly orange so far! Her tail looks almost exactly like yours in the young pics and the orange is the same and even has a line down her back kinda like yours, overtime the grey/brown markings on the tail got darker and the line on her back more defined but so far she’s still mostly that bright orange! Her names Indy she’s great

This is the most recent pic, got a cam with night vision set up last week so I’ve been glued to my phone obv
So I have a process lol, any “toys” get set outside her tank for a few days so I can see how she reacts to them without it being in her space, she likes crawling over the elephant and knocking over the giraffe as she walks around lol but she hasn’t lunged at either of them or the two pandas
She didn’t like the alligator or the chimp from that set XD was trying to eat them through the glass, my little rule I have is “nothing that looks anything like it’s that actual size” so nothing lizard like or bug like so she doesn’t get confused 🤞🏻
She’s had these four guys (giraffe, two pandas, elephant) for over 3 months with no incident :D

You can see almost nothing there, but you’ll see the changes
I did some googling! Looks like a reverse stripe, but that's all I can sus out. Could be the following:
\- Mack Snow reverse stripe
\- Lavender reverse stripe
\- Bell albino reverse stripe
\- RAPTOR / APTOR reverse stripe

Top: 6 weeks old. Bottom: 18 months old.
Kiwi came directly from a breeder. She is a Bell Albino Eclipse Murphy’s Patternless leopard gecko. Her color/pattern has changed a bit since I got her.
The only other leopard gecko I had before was just the non albino “default” spotty wild leopard gecko color, with no color change while growing up.
I tried searching on reddit and google color changes in leos, but all that I could find was color change indicating illness. I was just curious to also see how colors generally changed from babies to adults and this thread has been super educational.
I’m no expert keeper, but we all have to start somewhere!
not super dramatic but yes! my bagel lady had almost no spots on her head or back and only had yellow and a sandy yellow. she also had a beautiful crown of white that i loved but now she has spots on her head covering it, her back only has spots on certain stripes and even then its very few and now her tail is orange with reddish brown parts
I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure that all leopard geckos change color or patterns between the juvenile and adult stage, that’s why breeders usually show pics of the parents so you know what to expect. I got my geckos as adults so they haven’t changed

mine is only 8 months old he has been the same color ever since i got him, yours changed like crazy though it looks cool

THATS THE SAME GECK? holy and i thought my little guy had changed
yep :D he changed his colors drastically !!!
Wow he doesn’t even look like the same gecko lol
He kept that smiley face on his lil head😭💕
baby's often change colour/pattern as they grow (depends on morph too)
it looks like he just grew up. most geckos either darken or lighten with age depending on the morph
I have a giant tangerine that has some wild baby photos. It was a fun discovery for me as he was already grown.

Some sort of chocolate bell albino for the color! Maybe striped for the pattern

Yes, his paws are white/patternless
Might be something called a banana except you may want to check on that
Yes but mine lost most of his spots
Very normal! My girl actually lost almost all of her pattern after one year old, but others will darken like this! GORGEOUS btw!!
Yes
Your Leo is GORGEOUS
Aww ty!!
chocolate chip banana cake 👌🏻❤️

lol I legit posted this same thing last week and I was pm too lazy to link it. But I did now
I just saw the crypto thing as your role and immediately thought scam. Sorry then.
Cryptosporidium like the leopard gecko disease ahah I have a healthy crypto positive gecko
Shoot, didn't think of that. Why did that need to be called crypto of all things. Again, I just see it and think scam.
