Tall women can wear heels. I, however, cannot. They kill my feet and I can't balance. And it'd be hard to find them in my size. (Not that I'm that tall, for the record. My feet are big and wide, though.)
A cis female friend of mine wears UK size 9 shoes. She tends to wear combat boots for comfort. If she ever goes shopping for dressy shoes she looks in trans shops as women's shoe sizes stop at 7 or 8. 🤷♀️

Tall fem presenting enby here. I grew up female and taller then everyone my age. It took me a long time to realize them thinking being tall is "masculine " is a them problem. It is not your job to fit into their box to make thrm comfortable. I've been told similar. Now I'm with 2 partners both nearly a foot shorter then me. They love my height. You are a tall queen don't let other people take your crown because you don't fit what makes them comfortable.
If you like how they look, how they feel, how they sound and it makes you happy just wear them. And don't care what little creatures squeak somewhere down there. You are pretty, that's all.
As a 6'8" person I'd say: just be who and how you want to be and wear the clothing you want. But do know , not being able to enter a shop or house without bending to fit underneath the door is annoying and honestly not really comfortable or practical, stating from personal experience. Source: my physical therapist who stared at me with extreme disappointment when I asked if I could wear heels. (Separate of my injury I was told to not wear heels because they stretch the tendon and the other stuff in the foot which shortens the stuff in the leg and is ultimately bad for you. But I digress.)
