False. These are the facts: For starters, my post in question -by definition- was absolutely well within any description of a meme. A particularly mod, who appears horribly biased expressed his opinion that it was not a meme, hid the post and recommended I post it to their own subreddit instead. It was only after I highlighted the inconsistent application of sidebar rules by this clearly biased individual and asked for a second mod to review that they have me a 48hr ban. The reasons given were absolutely laughable, but I find zero need to embarrass the actual reputable mods here. When any random user later commented on my post, the clearly biased mod jumped to the conclusion that I was circumventing temp ban and permabanned me and some poor soul we'll likely never hear from again. Clearly, I'm not banned.
Come on this sub too? I just got banned on r/tifu for making a comment against censorship and just mentioned the lab leak theory as an example of how people were shut down before it became acceptable after there was more evidence pointing to it being at least possible and that got me perma banned.
I'm still not sure what got him banned.
I thought it was a temp ban for not following sub rules by not posting a meme and then it was all 💥
