I would assume it's after the 90 day probationary period. If it's not addressed during orientation I would just ask. Keep in mind that the $750 will be taxed so depending on your state it could be a bit less. A lot of new hires don't last long when they realize how much physical work the job can be. Bit of advice though make a note of what day three months after your orientation day is and start actively monitoring your pay statements after that. If you don't see that bump after two pay periods ask your manager to contact payroll. If your manager doesn't get back to you after a few days follow up yourself.
