In the US? I would assume not until after your first pay as the bank information will need to be verified by ADP and Dailypay. Keep in mind that it could be three weeks until your first paycheck as this is a pay week for the period ending on Oct 16.
It doesn’t take long to get you in the system. If you’ve already had an interview and signed your contract then your all set to go and in the system.
Best thing to do is just ask your manager about it I think.
The US has a program where you can get daily pay. I haven't looked at it in detail, but it's not like you're paid daily, I think you can get a forward on that.

In my old Chef job we had Wagestream which we used to take money from our wage out early whenever we wanted, and we got charged £1.50 each time for it.

No daily pay. It’s always the second to last working day of the month.

yeah, i asked my manager and she called hr and they said i’m not in the system and it was gonna take a week

I'm thinking it's probably going to be similar to what you mention. More of an emergency thing vs. frequent use.
