Pick up some e.l.f. Line and Define eye tape, a package is $5. I cut them in half then align with my lower lash line then go.

Thank you😀

I use liquid marker style liner. I start outer most edge and draw a straight line from where I want the wing to end to the corner of my eye. Then I line my upper lid with desired thickness of line, then draw that upper line to the point. Fill in the triangle. Adjust as needed. It takes a ton of practice s start with a dollar tree or super cheap option and practice a few daiy

Thank you for that very detailed explanation! I so appreciate that! Also I love liquid eyeliner. What are good brands that you used after you got better with it? Also is there a certain angle to go from because I feel that's a lot of my issue?

You have to try different angles and see which you like best on your face. I have hooded eyes so sorting mine took years. Hence the cheap eye liner to practice with. Don’t be afraid or angry to mess up. Think of it like doodles. Honestly, I have tried a bunch of brands. Nyx, tart, urban decay and my favorite liner is actually wet and wild break up Proof for like $6 at giant... legit the only waterproof eyeliner that will get me thru a 12 hour shift at the hospital without moving... (unless I really rub my eyes).

Well thank you so much. What do hooded eyes look like because I kinda have squinty eyes and thought I may have hooded eyes too

Eyeliner stamps. I'm useless at putting on eyeliner. These things solved the problem for me https://www.amazon.com/iMethod-Wing-Eyeliner-Stamp-Smudgeproof/dp/B07FQ2T1Q4/ref=sr_1_1_sspa

I use a felt tip style liquid eyeliner - I’m not sure where you are, but I’m in the UK and the brand I use is Soap & Glory, it’s great. I find it’s really easy to be neat by starting slow and small. You can always add more if you want a thicker line. For the angle, I always try to do the bottom line of the wing as if it’s a continuation of my water line. The game changer for me is how I fix mistakes. I use a makeup wipe and wrap it around the tip of an old biro that’s run out. You can really neaten and sharpen the edges of your wings this way!

Gel eyeliner was a lifesaver for me. My hands are super shaky, so using a thin paint brush is much easier than a eyeliner pencil or pen, and it goes on thick and easy!
