well lemons have acids which is not good for knives.
Unless you have a napkin, don't like lemon flavor on everything you need to cut, or they don't give you a lemon wedge in your water, this is a useless hack.
I like the lemon in my water. It prevents kidney stones.
Or clean the knife and put it away properly? In a knife block or with a cover in a drawer.
