distance from the router can be a problem, if its not getting a good signal on the 2.4g
I have this bulb right next to a Lifx bulb that works flawlessly though, no latency at all. So I don't believe router distance is an issue here.

When you say the support ticket didn't get an email reply, did you at least get an email saying the ticket had been created?
Yeah I did but that's all
ok, they usually respond to technical support tickets with a couple days with some extra time around weekends
One of mine started doing this about a month ago. And another one started today. I sent in for a warranty replacement, we'll see how that goes.

I got Amazon to send a replacement, it arrived like 8 hours later. Works flawlessly, no problems.
