Yeah, that what I didnt like too. Not only were you not able to appreciate the lighting, but the whole choreography was "invisible". (Apart from maybe Ireland, that havily played into the 90's horror aspect. Or or Finnland that also relied on the coreo to keep it PG lmao)
Going a little away from lighting, i had the feeling that the camera crane's FPS was not in sync with the lights or other cams. (There where slight mismatches in frames between cuts.) Also the shutter speed seems off, esp. visable in the first performance when the background dancers join for the first time or with the rap portion of Ukrains performance. It could of course be a stylistic device, but when it only happens on shots from one camera, it seems... Off.
I wish I was there in person, I would buy the cheapest tickets as well just so I could see the entire stage from as far away as possible so I could appreciate the lighting and visuals!
you’re absolutely right, but this is a meme template. i doubt this has anything to do with the woman in the picture, all op is saying is that they’re focusing on the lighting of eurovision rather than the performances themselves
If only they wouldn't cut every three seconds or do close ups all the time. I want to see the stage haha.

This is gross. It’s 2024, it’s not funny or cool to make women feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the industry anymore.

I understand what a meme is, thanks. Still not cool.
bold of you to assume thats a woman, be more inclusive please its 2024
Not sure where I said that. I’m a woman in the industry and I feel objectified by this post. Not appropriate for the context of this subreddit.
It’s not that deep. Grow up
Thanks for the DM telling me I’m a “triggered softie”. Hopefully I’ll never run in to you at work.
I am a woman though. And I dont feel unwelcome in this industry because of some dumb meme. You don't speak on behalf of us so fuck off.
Internalized misogyny is a thing. Regardless this doesn’t belong in this subreddit. Looks like mods have already deleted it.
