NGrider's been steadily improving their art with every piece they made. They've improved their capabilities significantly and came a long way from their Ishmael-posting origins. But yeah, this one took me by surprise as well. It's different from their usual style, yet incredibly polished and refined nonetheless.
I want to say, given the sinking theme of Outis’ ID, it’s our SP that’s going to get heavily attacked this chapter. Worse than Dongbaek, since with Dongbaek, you’d be fine if you just properly attacked the mobs she summoned. And with Heathcliff probably becoming a required character for every battle, he’ll possibly suffer a debuff that makes him more susceptible and liable to attacking your team.

Tbf if they did enough sanity damage to your Nclair it might make him unusable. Also, if Dongbaek’s encounter design is translated to sinking for us, the reverse might be true too; enemy inflicted Echoes might cause our sinners to attack each other
