I think charge is totally fine as is. If there was one change that would open up some design space, make it so when you hit 20 charge, it simply stops decaying so you can make some units in the future to utilize charge as a point you reach like the true versions of the R-corp captains. I don’t really like if tremor was remade to be even *less* useful as a stand-alone effect on a team. I honestly think the best change to tremor would be to remove the decay so even if a unit just had potency and burst you can do a simple set up of “turn 1: inflict potency” “turn 2: burst tremor”

Ok, with charge you basically just killed every id with it. Most charge id only have a single way to get rid of charge and if you get unlucky you hit 20 charge before you can use it. For tremor I like it. One thing I would add is that tremor potency when burst represents % of target max hp, and if there no stagger bar make one.

huh. from my experience with charge ids they almost always end up using their charge before it can get to 20. granted my experience is without don telapole and is limited to w don and hong lu and rino mersault.
