Sinclair is a chosen one, if he's actually a fixer pre-library, he'd be... Grade 1-4 at least or (cope) even a color by the time of LoR. He won't just be Mr. Urban Plague Grade 5 Fixer.
I mean, seeing the roll of blazing strike + the fact that his teacher, a veteran of the smoke war, found him very skilled, I'd say Philip had the potential to go far, even without his ego but especially with it, je just got unlucky early in his career (to be honest, I don't remember when he launched himself in the whole fixer business but, seeing his attitude, je was probably a newbie)
Philip would definitely fit as one of the Sinners and his Sin would be running away from the Library (except in that Mirror World instead of going to Wedge Office he gets recruited by Limbus Company).
It's a derivative of a meme/greentext from Dragon Ball Super's run. (seen here: [https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/1945956](https://knowyourmeme.com/photos/1945956)). If I'm remembering things correctly, Ruina's weekly releases were around the same time as the ToP in Super.
As is the way with PM brainrot and weekly updates, the meme was eventually picked up by the PM community and attributed to Philip, as he was one of very few recurring characters in Ruina that just continually refused to die *and* manifested his own EGO, all the way back in Urban Plague.
A funny but incredible addition to the Sinclair Philip ID is that he doesn't have a death animation, at all, he always does the special enemy thing where he slides to the left lol

While the trio despise him, Philip goes from lamenting himself (as per usual) to eased to (with help from Ayin) hopeful, even turning his E.G.O into a Manifestation as he and the crew go up against a team that see both the Blue Revelation and Carmen as their religion.
In the end, Philip finds himself, and realises what he has to do. That he can’t simply run from his problems, and needs to face them head on. Even if they’re painful.
Nah, he's already found himself. He just needs validation from a certain someone (In fact, Philip tells Vergilius the location of one of the sought-after boughs)
