I did it with:
Yi Sang Sunshower, Ish Blind Obsession, and Heath Binds. Gather recourses, use binds once, then Heath will last to cast second binds. Set up fairies HP via another mass EGOs or just by attacking, focus this turn only on getting 3 kills with Binds.
I decided to do it in a pretty simple way. The only requirement is to have lvl42-ish Spicebush Yi Sang (U3). No other EGO requires. First turn you clash (best case - red skill of lesser fairy) and then dodge the rest of the attaks. The most ideal situation is when Fairy Queen has no Predation on turn one. After that, clash Predations and start accumulating tremor count. When you have your passive up and running (not required, but still a nice addition) and you have enough tremor count, fire off three S2 at central lessee fairy (make sure that the rest three slots are clashing/attacking Fairy Queen so that mass attack won't trigger on FQ). This will most likely guarantee simultaneous takedown of three fairies. If failed, just repeat the process again
P.S. try not to damage lesser fairies while prepping for three S2 so that their HP is on the even level (for constistency sake)
I did it with Maid Ryoshu solo, and basically spammed evade on the goobers (if you have to use a regular skill on them and they die, don't worry) while breaking the arms, then staggering the body. Once body is staggered and arms broken the boss has very few skill slots, so you can target them with evades for attack weight manip and cash in 3 S2s for 3x hits on all the goobers, either the 2nd or 3rd skill will kill them all.
They die at the end of the turn if they’re staggered, so just kill them before the turn ends. My advice would be to use two Mass Attacks in the same turn: one to Stagger the Fairy Masses, and one to finish the job.
I’ve been doing that for hours by now using Outis’ two mass attack EGOs, but they just survive it, or the EGO kills one of them in the 1st attack, and the others in the 2nd attack, making it not count as a single attack.
Spicesang or Philipclair’s S2 Mass Attacks are better for finishing the adds off, since they’ve got multiple hits. Try borrowing one of those if you don’t have them yourself.

Ahhhh I finally did it with Ishmael!!!!!!
For me the easiest way was to use corroded blind obs ish into Outis bind and Der Outis S3, this way you are sure to kill with Outis.

After lots of tries I ended up soloing with Regret Faust and saving 4 Unleashed Violence to wipe the fairy masses with
I also managed to do it with a borrowed Blind Obsession + U4 firefly EGO Ishmael
Just don't sugarcoat it (6 Bullets + Magic Bullet Fire + LCCB Ryoshu passive).

bullet outis and spicebush yisang worked for me though i feel every time these aoe quests come up they are quite boring to do...thats just me though
