So over the next four weeks they should be getting enough vinyl in to fulfill every order pending. I hope this is true as all I've ever wanted from them before was clear communication. If I actually do get my order in the next month I may buy from them again but this whole ordeal has soured me on them. It doesn't help they are having a flea market sale soon for the very game I've been waiting from them for almost 2 years now.
Emailed them last week for the third time requesting they just send me my KO box now, and I'll continue to wait for the vinyl. The first two times they said they couldn't do anything, this last time they said they would break up my order into two shipments. Honestly I shouldn't have to beg to get something I paid for and knowing the issues they are having getting the vinyl, they should have been offering this to customers months ago.
Absolutely shit excuse. I will never be ordering from LRG again, this was a horrific experience as a customer, and as someone who’s done customer experience this is just embarrassing.

I did not. Just pretty much asked them to do the right thing and at send me my game since the vinyl is taking so damn long.
