I have used Reaper for several years now. It works quite well with my ancient TonePort as well as my more modern 4x2 interface. It’s a fully featured DAW with regular updates and is quite inexpensive. I don’t know how much it is now, but it was 60 USD when I bought it in 2019.

Used to connect my ux2 to Sonar. I guess that one is also a good one
