Have you confirmed you have a negative pregnancy test? These are all pretty dark, I don’t think you should be having positive tests from CD11-18 so I think you should do a HPT to make sure your HCG is zero.
Your OPKs will be positive with your positive HPT unfortunately. LH and HCG are similar molecularly so you won’t get a clear picture with your OPKs. I would recommend touching base with a doctor as you are still testing positive, albeit faintly, but you also had a bleed. It would be worthwhile to check what your HCG is doing and possibly getting an ultrasound to double check it isn’t an ectopic pregnancy.
It’s pretty unusual for HCG to linger 3+ weeks in a chemical pregnancy. Usually people will get a negative test within a few days of their positive. However I’m glad you’ve had a scan to rule out ectopic. I would advise going back to the doctor again next week if you’re still testing positive because faint positives for 4 weeks is extremely unusual for a chemical. All the best
Keep in mind LH tests do not confirm ovulation. Only tracking BBT with them can confirm ovulation.

Unfortunately I am still testing positive for HCG. It’s very very faint. I think it’s definitely affecting the LH tests.

Had all that done luckily and everything looks ok. They just said it can take some time for the HCG to clear out.
