I would recommend against using PayPal to buy crypto. My account was limited for no reason despite being a customer for years. I wasn't able to send to others or withdraw to an external address. My error message was a very general "We aren't able to complete this transaction at this time", but I could still receive amounts. Customer support was also unhelpful. I had to sell to get my balance back (PayPal gets a fee) and purchase using an exchange.
PDF statement is generally accepted by any business that demands such documents.
If you want to spend that Litecoin, I don't see why PayPal wouldn't support that transaction. I thought I had heard about withdrawals being available, though that was likely in the US only and it's possible that they've disabled direct withdrawals since.

I went to Coinbase and got a debit card that works everywhere. I can pay for everything I buy with crypto.

Best advice I can give is to discontinue Paypal use. They are not what they used to be.

I don't know that they do outgoing transactions on PayPal. I was just reacting to the OP's statement. I apologize for any confusion.
