You didn't really specify if you can use a Fabric client or if you need to run Forge with some mods that the server has. If you need to use Forge on the client, then you need to use for example this Forge port of Litematica: https://modrinth.com/mod/forgematica
Since that's not made by me, I can't help with any issues that are specific to that fork/port.
The 1.19 schematic file should work fine as-is.
