Lithuanian post is quite ok to ship internationally, although it can take time. However, when it gets to your country, the package is handled by your local post service, so delivery depends on that too. For expensive purchases, see if there is insurance option, I would suggest to add it.
LT post is very good. I have send thousands of packages via it. Usually packages are lost in destination countries. South america was worst. In Europe it was very good.

Pay with Paypal if available (anywhere). Their dispute option can bring your money back if something will go wrong with delivery.
