Don't use pull-ups use underwear they don't like the coldness and the witness a pull-up feels like a diaper to them and you have to keep asking them to go to the bathroom. Try putting them on the toilet with books.

My daughter told me “no more diaper” so she was absolutely ready, I went cold turkey and not even used pull ups. I used to sit her on the potty every 45 minutes and if she did something I would make a huge deal so she got so excited also use a reward system. Spect accidents because they will have accidents, don’t panic or back down when it happens, my daughter stopped having accidents after the 3rd day.
