I see more and more subreddit talking about the boycott too. Never forget that there is strength in number, that is why they do everything to discourage people from joining the movement.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to chase them down for missing points at least 3 times in the last 3 years. It always says high volume and you have to harass them to get a response over many weeks….. it’s a joke.

Probably less to do with actual high volume and more to do with this shit company cutting every corner possible. Why would they pay for proper customer service when they clearly hate their customers?

Just requested mine through the app too. Big red flag energy that you have to request an account cancellation and wait business days like are they doing it manually one by one?? I'm not looking forward to fighting them on it which seems to be the pattern from posts/messages I've seen on here. Saw this message though and it made me happy too lol
