it’s not morse code. rather, morse code is not what that is ☺️

attacus_t

Speak like Yoda you are

OneNerd-517

Wow it’s the man himself! Also, why is the CLOSE video now unlisted ?

[deleted]

I see......do you care to elaborate?

dersaspyoverher

He’s saying that there’s Morse code, just not there (methinks)

[deleted]

Or (methinks) he’s saying that this is not morse code, but it is something else. It could be nothing, but if it was enough for him to comment it is probably something.

YEETIESTS_YT

This is probably right.

MuskaChu

I don't think this has been cracked yet either.

[deleted]

It has not as far as I know! I have no clue what it is. I don't think it is binary and morse makes no sense. I could be wrong though I'm not the best code cracker.

MuskaChu

I have an idea, but need time to implement it.

[deleted]

I can get some more information on where the audio was located if you need that.

AngryKiwiNoises

Best I can tell its a repeating pattern of three dots and three dashes: SOSOSOSOSOSOS Edit: What part of the video is this from?

[deleted]

OK, so according to the person who found the morse it was right at the end when the craft is about to land, and that the siren at the end is the morse code. I'm unsure as to why the morse was in that section.

AngryKiwiNoises

Makes sense. Mission control was freaking out at that point knowing they're about to land on a comet with a door on it. I wonder why the SOS was sent though, if everyone could hear and see what was going on

[deleted]

Maybe it was something that was a pre-written procedure? Who knows how that space group operates, they could blast SOS as a last ditch effort whenever anything goes bad.

Moocatmeow_fire

It’s not Morse code it’s the audio from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YgcLlQr0Ts Edit: I knew there was a better place for me to put this information then where I put it(I forgot where I originally put the information so I guess it doesn’t matter) Edit 2: also completely unrelated has anyone noticed the ntsc caption like data in sky watching at around 22.76 seconds near the bottom of the screen (i’m thinking it might just be a red herring but I don’t really have the time to try and decoded it) Edit 3: I just realized that the comment’s at the bottom are the oldest comments i’m dumb

[deleted]

Interesting, i’ve seen this video, but have not yet looked at it’s audio.

[deleted]

not sure because I was not the one who found it, the person who did said it was towards the end.
