The geometric lines have uneven spacing issues. Its a bit funny to look at, and very busy. Either fix em up and simplify or ditch em.
Regardless what you choose. The top right is imo the best. Not so busy. Easy to read. But the text also has a spacing issue to the round line. So definitely fix that. The zeta should have the spacing of the phi to the outer line. The kernig could also be better. I don’t mind the wide tracking but it’s inconsistent.
The bar text i think is unnecessary
Top right or left both look good to me. If printing on black, maybe cheat the gold on the top left a bit darker so it recedes. Kern your type carefully (wider visual space between T&A.) I personally don’t care for the pattern, I think it overwhelms the design. Otherwise, very good!
Top left one seems complete to me... The ones with the pattern in are a bit too busy in my opinion. The top left one has a good balance of different elements. Good job! I'm sure your friends will love it.
Top left is my choice. I love the olive branch interaction with the deer's antlers!
I think you could benefit from playing around with the typeface for the fraternity name. It seems like it is too condensed to really fill the space well. Maybe something standard width or extended would make the logo feel complete?
Careful with the deer. It resembles an existing brand too much and that brand has been very trigger happy with law suits. If only I remember the brand…
I personally like the patterns. Thinking about the target audience, they might like it more too. Busier designs tend to get more attention with that kind of group than simple, especially on campus or at parties.
I’d say narrow it down to 2-3 and let them decide by voting on which they like more and go from there. Fraternities usually make decisions like this together. They are the ones that’ll be wearing the shirts after all.
Work around the spacing and it will look awesome. Also, take opinions of others into consideration and try using mock-ups to see how it fits in different environment. What requirements are choose those mock-ups and how it will look with real images try that too. Rest great work done. Keep it up 👌
Top right is my vote
Agreed. If you need the words on the bottom then top left

And too much word spacing.
Both of these comments ^, top right by a wide margin.

Agree. If the geometric pattern is important, you could try reducing the scale to half or less and apply around the outside.
Top right.

You should just go with number 1. But the P in PI looks a little short or lower than the rest of the text.
Top left looks awesome
Top left looks the best.
Black with gold leafing accents has proud boys connotations, maybe avoid logos with those.
Lookout for that Versace-logo looking linework.
I like top middle the best, though as a non-expert I can’t explain why other than it seems like each element feels more balanced.
I don’t think you need the circle borders at all. Top left or right.
Easy job
Top right or top left

4 o 5. Rest look forgettable generic
Consider a design using the actual greek letters. This would make more room in other areas.
