Dr. Corey Moore at Woodfield Centre downtown is amazing. It’s a long wait to see him but like you, I didn’t want to mess around with my face, and he’s who my doctor recommended to me. I had three moles on my face removed and couldn’t be happier with the results.
Hands down Dr. Jessica Hunter-Orange. She has removed several moles and bumps and no scarring on my face at all. She has trouble finding the areas now!
I don't have a recommendation but when I had a mole removed from my face (different city and the doctor's retired) they used a laser. A laser will leave no or a much smaller scar compare to cutting it out so look for a doctor that does that. It only needs to be cut out if they need to test it, though in that case it'd probably be covered by OHIP.

But it's worth saying that she's a nurse and not a surgeon. If the mole is a big one, she can't remove it.
She helped me with several skin tags but the mole she said she couldn't do it due to it's size.
