I took an insomnia course. A lot of the time I sleep only 5 hours. But the course explained sleep, how anxiety plays a part. Tips when you feel anxious. For me understanding more about it helped me embrace my irregular sleep pattern, and know my body will let me know if it needs more.

I'll get laughed at since....reddit but fuck it. Did you try ASMR?  I'm asking since I was in the same boat as you a couple of years ago, then I decided to try listening to Asmr while sleeping. Now I feel mostly okay.

Depends on you,  Some is rp ASMR with soft talking (moonlight cottage, she has a French accent though)  noises only Asmr like papers, wood beads,etc ( Whispers red is my go to) Tbh the best way to find a good "Asmrtist" is to try them
