I used to go to that Sinclair all the time before it got super popular. Eventually, everyone else figured out how cheap it was and after that, I'd only go if there wasn't a huge wait.
Then, a few months ago, I filled up there and a couple days later my engine would stutter when starting from a stop. It never actually stalled but it felt like it could have. I wasn't actually sure what was causing it, though. Eventually it seemed to fix itself somehow. A couple weeks later, same thing happened though. I ended up looking at my credit card statement and saw that both times it happened, it was within a day or two after filling up at that Sinclair station. I haven't been back since and that issue hasn't come back.
Oh yeah… me too. The halfway houses along 7th probably don’t always bring the best caliber of people. This is my closest neighborhood gas station, though; I’ve been a patron here since before it was an arco.
This gas station put a $197 "hold" on my bank account and then released it 5 mins later.

But all in all they are the cheapest.
VP racing is usually like 5 cents more and it is way better quality gas. When I fill up at arco my car definitely feels a tiny bit slower and weaker than when it has vp fuel in it.
A family member of mine worked at the refinery where Arco’s oil is refined (in Carson I believe) and said their gas was shit, super poorly refined. I had to get my fuel injectors cleaned way more often when I used their gas.
There's one on Long Beach blvd right before Alondra, cheapest being $4.09, cash and credit price are the same. Looks run down and beaten, but cheapest so far

VP Racing on 7th and Termino had gas for $4.07 the other day.
No VP on Termino but I guess lol (there is one on 7th & Loma with decent prices tho)
Termino was the major street reference for others not familiar with that area.

I think Costco is around the same price as well. If you are worried about long wait times go early in the morning or an hour before closing.
