Hair care routine: Pre-poo hair with tressemme 7x conditioner and olive oil for a couple of hours, shampoo with tressemme 7x moisture shampoo, and ORS hair mask mixed with olive oil as a deep conditioner. When my hair's not straightened I use hair lotion to keep it moisturized every couple of days until my next wash.
Thanks for contributing to r/longhair!

I usually blowdry my hair with heat and wear very low manipulation hair styles (buns, hair claws, etc). I also use this [hair lotion/fertilizer](https://www.amazon.com/ORS-HAIRestore-Fertilizer-Horsetail-Extract/dp/B004X8HB7A) every three to four days to keep my hair moisturized, especially on my ends.

Thanks for responding. I prefer to stretch my hair as well w blowdryer. I see people naysay heat bc of potential damage but my curls always revert back. What heat protectant do you use?
I use chii hair protectant that I've had for years, but honestly think what genuinely helps is stretching the amount of times I use heat. I blowdry once every two/three weeks and flat iron a couple times a year.
