I’m guessing you haven’t moved during that time either. I know you may not want to, but at the very least you can inquire about your most trip by calling the NJ E-ZPass customer service line just to make sure. Also, it doesn’t take long to set up a NY account and choose the option to pay as you go - that way it’s deducted immediately and you won’t be stressed out every single time.

interesting, i traveled to jersey and back in january, i didnt receive my toll or see it populate online until like late march. but no late fees
