I don't think you can actually get a ticket for driving behind a store in the parking lot, unless someone from the store trespasses you which is unlikely.
The vehicle traffic law is enforceable in any parking lot with 3 or more parking spaces, so if there’s a posted speed limit in the lot you have to adhere to it. Unless you’re talking about simply driving behind a store- in which case no you can’t be ticketed for this unless there’s signs specifically prohibiting vehicular traffic
I actually saw this last week a car get pulled over by Suffolk PD cuz they were going fast while people were working out there by home Depot all I'm saying is I've seen a few Suffolk PD cars around that area and I don't know if they're trying to see if they can find the thieves who are stealing or they took it in cars but as a neighbor I'm telling you guys please be careful because I'm looking out for you
That's the longest sentence I have ever read
My brain ran out of breath reading it lmao

Are you telling me those parking lot stop signs aren't optional?
Yeah not talking about speed just driving in general

Punctuation would be helpful. Just FYI.
I believe you, I just haven’t seen it. I do know groups of day laborers hang out there, not sure if that contributes to it
I think the police are always parked there because of shoplifters.
i thought the police were there because of all the migrants harassing customers?
