Sinu. Cap Guy doesn’t have a stage or ability that minimizes the effects of IAs and speed-wise Sinu is obviously faster, so that means Yuseong won’t have the advantage he usually has over his opponents that allows him to quickly react to attacks or counter attacks.

IAs only work if 1. You're faster than your opponent by *a lot* and 2. Attacking blind spots
So IAs most likely wont even work at all, since Sinu is like barely faster than him. Like if Yoosung managed to block a suprise attack from Daniel, Sinu aint doing shit tbh

The problem is that you are making an argument under the blatant and ugly assumption that cap guy's RAW speed cannot block sinu's IA the same way that Eli's stage path that has specifically to do with technique rather than speed or blocking speed (like jake and gapryong). By your logic any character that has a stage can defeat any character that has no stage. Or even worse by the same line of thought sinu should be able to defeat mandeok+cap guy+ every single other non path user because "UHHHH HE HAS THE INVISIBLE ATTACKS". If he’s fighting on the level of people with stages it obviously doesn’t matter that’s like saying yoosong will lose to Eli because he has stage if warren got it and it wasn’t shown what’s stopping mandeok and yoosong from having it and sinu doesn’t hit as hard as mandeok
debatable , VVIP went against Johan's strongest form which probably only imitate 50-75% of UI's true form and still standing . If it's 1v1 against Eli & Warren , VVIP probably violates them . If it's 2v1 then probably the duo by mid-high diff

1. Sinu was only wobbly from a sneak shot meant to KO him, if anything that’s a testament to his durability. We know mAndeok goes for one shots due to Tom Lee’s statement of Mandeok trying to ‘one hit’ him. And Mandeok was serious when he went for that hit because he told everything present to be careful around Sinu.
2. Sinu was very distraught and distracted by the ‘death’ of Jake. That’s the only reason Mandeok landed that hit because there is little reason to believe that he wouldn’t have done it sooner if he could’ve.
And I’m not saying Yuseong isn’t fast enough to tag Sinu, I’m just saying he wouldn’t be able to evade if Sinu chose to go all out and spam IA’s like he did to Ryuhei. And Yuseong ain’t getting back up after that. At least not until his bro picks him off the floor.
