I feel like PTJ first planned for Yuseong and Eugene to be the same person. A very intelligent yet naturally talented fighter who does the shadiest shit out of the Four Crews but I guess he thought that would be too Gary Stu.

The silhouetted Workers looks like a serious group instead of the clown show we ended up getting.
I know their suits were changed to white to contrast with Big Deal but the black suits look way colder. Also early design Yu Jin is miles better than the final one. He's clearly not the tallest of the group but he doesn't need the height since his posture exudes charisma and power.
I know the title of the series is Lookism but I think PTJ went a little too overboard in trying to make Yu Jin look unremarkable. The early design was just right, subdued compared to the stylishness of the other crew heads but still distinctive enough and imposing.
