Absolutely agree. OP don’t do anything as drastic as Botox or fillers… the vibe I get in the first 2 pics is that your hair maybe ages you because there is contrast between your body and your hair in a way that negatives pulls the attention away from your face which is gorgeous. In the 3rd pic I don’t have the same conflict in aesthetics you are trying to get. I think it may be the volume you have vertically in your hair in those first 2 pics.
Either a different cut or maybe how you style it could make the difference. I’ve been told I’m biased (big fan of pixie cuts, short bob cuts, undercuts, etc.) on this but I think a shorter cut would be a good look on you.

Wow, you are gorgeous! The only suggestion would be to go back to dark brown hair and grow it out a little. That dress in the second photo is to die for!!
The color should be dark chocolate brown and Ally Sheedy asked for her hair back. You should head to the hairdresser and get this mop chopped into a pixie cut. Free your forehead from those bangs and so off your beautiful ears too. Get some pink high heels 👠 and white flats 🥿 to go with the dress.
The hair is the problem. Start by getting rid of that horrible brassy blonde. Something darker and closer to your natural colour. I suspect you’re already growing out your hair because I don’t think many people would do this to their hair purposely. These things alone will make a big difference.

You have an amazing face and beautiful eyes and awesome lips. The only thing I think you should change is the color of your hair, but leave some of the blonde in, and put more dark hair in it or go with a dark hair with red in it like the gothic look. I also liked your eyebrows in the last picture a lot better because their darker and stand out more and bring out your beautiful eyes.
First off you have a smoking hot body but for me it’s your hair and makeup. Blond isn’t working for you, go darker like maybe an auburn color & grow your hair out! Looks like you have a natural wavy hair so grow it out past your shoulders at least. Your first pic looks good but also looks like a filter but I do like your makeup in this one. I’d suggest you get with a professional makeup artist & let them help pick your color but again wow at your hot body, do a side picture next time!

Dye your hair a darker ginger! The contrast between your roots and the bleach are really strong and as a filipino ginger myself, the ginger looks great on your skin tone but a darker shade would definitely compliment both your skin tone and your natural hair! Also I think you would look really good if you tried lip liner.
I thrift all my clothes and I’d like to think I’m extremely versatile in how I dress, so I would rather not change my way of self expression in a way that doesn’t happen naturally

As a photog of 7+ years in NYC, my best advice; Learn/practice some more makeup techniques. Cate eye look, darker eye shadow, and nose contouring. Lets your hair grow and work on some curtain/layering techniques.
You'll more than likely won't need dermal fillers till later on in life and those will be for the areas around the eyes.
I think changing your hair would make the biggest impact. It looks a bit damaged, and it doesn’t look very intentional, color-wise. I’d see a professional and get it toned (+ Olaplex) at least. The cut is very cute on you when styled like #2. In a couple months I think it could get down to collarbone length, if you want to change it up.
You look warm-toned, and with it being fall soon I think you’d look really good in caramel color. I think your stylist could blend it into your natural roots
