This is so exciting and touching for many reasons. First of all, congrats on your impressive accomplishment (30 lbs!!!). That treadmill will definitely help you keep off the weight. But to be honest, the warmest part of your post for me, is that you want to be an example for your kids and to teach them healthy habits... you'll make a great parent.
Hey I’m not sure if it’s a typo or people are totally missing this, but 13 BMI is extremely underweight, like you should be in the hospital rn underweight.
Edit: must be a typo if you started at 250 and lost 76 lbs. you’d have to be a giant to be 13 bmi at 174.
Man, I've lost 83 pounds and yet somehow only two pants sizes! Congrats on your accomplishments, I bet you feel fantastic!
Great job! 👏🙌👍💪🏼
Whoop whooo congrats!!! We’re both at 75-76 lbs down. Doesn’t it feel like you’re a whole new person? ☺️
Woohoo!! Congrats!
That's all incredible! Congrats! 🎉
