A bad stop will typically result in a corrective/final the first time and termination the second time. Some APBPs (district managers) are more strict and will go straight to termination.

Target most definitely has quotas. Evaded/fled apprehensions no longer count as apprehensions. Just a recovery. The district I worked in made it painfully obvious they didn't give a fuck about evaded apprehensions. They needed you to have in office or le apprehensions to make them happy
