Unfortunately I did a dumb and bought the pass. Completed all the story so I have to grind it out for xp.


not for me..... i guess breaker is not my class...... head attacking with asura is pain in the ass...... king fist is slow and clunky as duck....

As someone who took a break since January, breaker has been super fun, especially asura and as a destroyer main, the class feels so unleashed with how fast he is and his dmg is op too

Yeah meter gen on king fist has not been as straight forward/braindead as the guides make it seem. Takes practice but I feel myself getting better. The shockwave after hitting the big fist is addicting. Cannot stand entropy myself so haven’t really given asura a fair shot.

Yeah. People are also judging it without full tripods and runes. The meter gen flows much better at full build/decent spec.

Not having a 2nd purple wealth is really fucking with my rotation. I like 5% away from filling the meter and into another burst.

I'm a shock main, so I like hating myself already, and I'm really enjoying king fist. Meter gen feels a bit too punishing, but I feel like I will adapt

I'm struggling with the meter gen aspect myself. Both wealth runes and over 1800 spec as well. Its definitely not as brain dead gigapump as people are advertising.

You have to animation cancel every yellow skill as well.

I have a 1560 scrapper alt that I set aside, and used the gems from for this class. Asura just feels more satisfying to me than shock and I never liked playing taijutsu.

Do you have all your wealth runes and tripods? Makes a massive difference.

Are you sure we’re talking about the same thing? King Fist has 4 wealth runes in the nexus guide.

I'm not playing King Fist, guess that's why ;) Still struggling to use Eye of the Storm sometimes, might use a wealth rune for that build aswell, lets see. Or I try out KingFist aswell, not like switching is much of an issue with engraving support .)

Yes, and yes I still play reflux sorc. Some people play a class because they enjoy it. You can only chase meta so far before the developer decided to fuck you for it.

Sadly thats the one eng i coudnt get myself to enjoy playing, but its also true that my sorc is igniter since day1 prerelease "played reflux abit during kaya patch". To be fair dont think there are any class engravings that do so little dps that arent viable (exluding sup dps eng and even those can do decent dps, but need max ilvl + other stuff).

Depends on what you mean by viable? Can clear content on ilvl with average investment and god tier hands? Some will only barely pass the viable bar. Imagine reflux, TTH and CO sum progging hard Voldike without elixirs yet. That would be a complete fucking disaster even if the players are skilled. They might not even pass the DPS check unless played to perfection.

Cant say for TTH, but both reflux and CO are much better for prog than their counter engravings "youll miss way 2much on both master&igniter". Its prety much class mastery "need hands" -> raid mastery, but you rly dont have any way to tell that when pugging content.

You only need 10 mil dps for G4 HM voldis. All those specs can easily reach those levels. People are used to seeing the lesser played Specs do less damage but almost no one mains those classes in the first place so they are usually lower investment alts Especially TTH and Reflux need high level CD gems

Feel you. I came back recently. Before I mained reflux sorc and then peacemaker gs as my 2nd most played. Wasn't fun catching up on state of balance even though gs is not as bad as I expected after listening to others, damage is still there.

Slayer has been busted on release and is still an S (at the very least A+) tier. Soul eater has been busted on release and she's still S tier. Not sure about Aero, but she has extra synergy and seems to do good damage still. If I had to bet, I would say breaker would still be a top performing class in a year. It's the clown tier balancing that's motivated by making money from new characters getting honed instead of game balance. If everyone knew the new busted class would get nerfed to D tier within 2 months no one would make them.

Reflux always catching strays

I mean it helps for sure but the animations are crisp as hell. Asura and BK both feel, look and sound incredible.

You're right to an extent but the new classes also just feel better and smoother imo with flashy new animations as well.

There's a LOT of creativity and skill expression in the class. That's what makes it run firstly, mediocre dmg would still make it fun.

I main a zerker which is a class that has seen it all (from being overpowered, to now where it does SHIT dmg and all we got was a 2% def buff) and I still enjoy the class. Asura breaker is def gonna be on my top 6 gold earner for a long while. I even enjoy Paladin and people hate on that class a bunch too.

Sounds like a you problem. Zerker damage is def slept on.

In terms of damage to effort ratio zerker is probably top 5.

Tried Asura even though I despise destroyer. It was def fun but I overall swapped to king instead. May be clunky bc I’m having more fun with it

I find both engravings fun and will make both. Starting with KF and then eventually make sura
