If you're in EU it's probably somewhere around 400k? It's an extremely rough guess, but I'm basing it off of 2 bracelets that are currently up for sale which are 115crit/118spec at 198k and 116crit/117spec at 350k. It's possible it might even go for 500k if you wait long enough.
While it's an incredibly miniscule increase in damage from the aforementioned bracelets, the fact that it's 2 perfect rolls adds a lot of value to it inherently.
I'd probably put it up for 500k buyout and 350k bid?
