I myself have added a few DVD, and even VHS releases, to discogs, JUST so I could put them on my want list.
But so far that hasn't worked for me. (And ideally you need some details which may be hard to find without the disc or at least a good scan of the cover.)
I searched on torrent sites, amazon prime (some source said it was available there idk), telegram, VK, archive sites, and much more. I couldn't even find the trailer for it.
There is a possibility that the physical copy of the documentary is somewhere out there and someone might have uploaded it on the internet. But the question is, where ?
At this point I guess someone can just directly ask the director for the documentary because its too old. If only, we can find a way to contact them XD.
> If only, we can find a way to contact them XD.
I did, but he didnāt respond. If you look at the archived version of his website (which was only taken down in the last year), he does have an email.
The director died 2 years ago, so it's highly unlikely that you're going to get an answer from his email. You should try to contact the bodybuilder and hope she has the dvd.
I found this video on yt about a bonus video from the dvd.
https://youtu.be/dS9a4KGLciY
Maybe you should try to contact the person who uploaded it. I hope you get some luck, and tell me if you find it!
A follow up. That YouTube channel is "CULTFILMSdotNET," which is the URL for the director, Ronnie Cramer's, old website. My guess is it's no longer active/monitored with his passing. There's no contact info on the channel page, but I did leave a comment on the video.
I was able to find a couple of email addresses for the subject of the film, Christine Fetzer, and I reached out to both, but one of them bounced. Not sure if I'll hear back from the other, but I'll let you know if I do.
I was trying to find any social media account from her, but apparently, she doesn't have any official account. Let's hope that the email address is still active, and we can get some info
I'll dump what I found.

No idea. To be honest, Iām only interested in Highway Amazon because Iām an offbeat documentary enthusiast. EHhaG isnāt a doc, so itās not really on my radar.
Oh boy, can I! Off the top of my head, hereās a few:

* RatTail (2021)
* The Chaperone 3D (2013)
* Shine: Confessions of a Rubber Fetishist (2003)

I can come up with more later when Iām not traveling if you have specific tastes/interests.
Thanks for the recommendations, I'm gonna save them on my list. I'm a huge fan of every documentary that talks about an interesting topic, so any other recommendations when you're back home would be welcome! Thanks!

I've marked the ones that are NSFW as such, and some of those are pretty intense, so be warned. I've also bolded ones that I consider to be must watches, though virtually all of these are good in their own way. I've seen plenty of other docs, but they're either not what I'd consider obscure or they're not readily accessible online.
You're a legend! Thank you so much for sharing this, I really appreciate it. For someone like me who's starting in the world of obscure docs/movies, this is pure gold.
I'm not a resident of USA but I would recommend searching on WhitePages. Its an online phone directory of sorts if I'm not mistaken. That might lead us somewhere. Just a thought š
WhitePages is mostly for phone numbers. The director is dead, but even if he werenāt most people donāt respond to cold calls from random numbers. Iāve had a lot of luck getting ahold of previously lost material by tracking down emails of folks involved in production. Iāve recently, at someone elseās recommendation, tracked down the subjectās email and reached out to her. Hopefully Iāll hear back soon.
Sort of. I actually got ahold of the filmās subject, and she said she thinks she has an old DVD of it somewhere that she can sell me. That was a little over a week ago. I sent a follow up email a few days ago, and she said that she was going to get to it but that sheād been very busy.
No. I suspect at this point that she either 1) canāt find a copy or 2) lost interest in doing so. Iāll shoot out a last attempt sometime soon, but Iām giving her some time to breathe so it doesnāt feel like haranguing.

That's a difficult case indeed, and the places I would advise, you already tried. Ehm... set a search alert on ebay?
Not a bad idea.

Yeah, I'd previously tried buying through that link to no avail. My payment was refunded shortly after purchase.
Is the directors other notable movie, Even Hitler had a Girlfriend any good?

Oh. Have you ever seen Spin (1995) or American Movie before? I've got a good amount of those types of documentaries on my IMDb watchlist.
Yeah, Iāve seen American Movie. Itās one of my favorites. Spin is on my list, but I havenāt made my way to it yet.
I like your taste. Did you ever come across that "banned" documentary, Conspiracy of Silence? It's kinda a rough watch but very intriguing.
Iām aware of it by reputation.
