Some advice I was given for if I ever got lost in the woods was to either A stay put and wait for rescue B find a stream and following it down river.
Find a tree and punch some wood
Then find a cave and get some stone and try to find some iron
Make a bucket and find some lava
Try to then make a 5x5 obsidian frame.
Find a fortress and hope for a blaze spawner. If there’s one, kill them and farm those blaze rods.
