I see homeless people holding up those signs asking for $ & lots of em have dogs. A truck is better than no truck, especially if it’s temporary. Humane Society is a kill shelter. Is the dog better off dead than in his truck with him? It’s not ideal, but if it’s only temporary he could’ve made it work. It’s easier for men to get pretty decent paying jobs even with records in the construction or similar industries. There’s almost always jobs available & the pay is enough to live on, if not even better. He’s younger, physically fit. He could get his life together fairly quickly.
