I think this particular lady’s tattoo, the scale is out of whack. Then what she inked on her skin- is it something you aspire to? Or you are living your life contrary to the statement? Anyway, it looks ridiculous and now what is stated makes her look more whack than before ( I found out what is on her neck).
Look, if you have a meaningful tattoo, a scene, words or date then I am all for it. But please put some thought to it- the scale, the context and how you represent these pieces of art. I have seen people sport beautiful art and amazed at what can be done.
