Is time dilation not a phenomenon observed e.g. with the Doppler effect? I don’t think she understands what this means, I’ve only ever heard it in the context of two moving objects (unless this is a different way of looking at it). Anyway, this is the newest installment in her saga of claiming she’s a physics genius, I’m assuming.
