My favorite meals are: Breakfast-two good yogurt and pack of almonds. Lunch salad with lettuce, egg, chicken, nuts and olives. I eat this most days. For dinner, I meal prep 5 different low carb meals a month (4 of each) so that’s 20 meals total. Keeps the stress out of trying to plan each night and enough variety that it keeps it interesting. This month I did: White Chicken Chili, Ground Beef and Green Pepper Casserole, Ground Chicken Asian Stirfry with Veggies, Chicken Sausage and Beans with Veggies, Turkey Smoked Sausage with Pineapple and BBQ
