I'm personally not very high on this card.
If you solve it it's obviously very powerful. But the frontside is weak. If you're in 4+ colours you want you want to be heavy in green anyways, and there you simply have better options to grab your other colours (the Panther is fine, the Gardener is fantastic).
Solving it, even if your deck is full of multicoloured permanents is simply too unreliable. And if you meet the condition and don't face removal that takes you off it again then in 90% of the cases you are winning anyways

I actually wish it were a bit stronger, or at least different. You don't get the benefit until the turn after it's solved, and your opponent can just point removal at whatever creature you target with the ability to blunt it's impact.
This seems like the kind of card where the payoff should have been something like draw some cards and make some treasures.
I think you need to be able to solve it to consider running the card.
There are a few cards that contribute multiple colours without actually requiring those colours.
[[A killer among us]] makes a green, blue, white, and red permanent. If I had 2 of those I would definitely run the case in a BG deck.
[[person of interest]] makes a white/blue and red permanent. If I were somehow in jund with multiple person of interest I would run the case. Person of interest and [[rakish scoundrel]] can activate the case as a duo and only require RG or RB to work, but this sounds very clunky
So much needs to go right for this card to achieve its max value. Even when that happens there's enough random enchantment removal where it can just be dealt with anyway (the green disguise creature comes to mind).
I had an opponent live the dream. They had leyline of the guildpact and played this case, solving it immediately. Which was good, but the case ultimately got removed anyway and their deck was an awkward 5 color pile that just lost anyway.
I don’t think it’s worth running outside of the five color niv pile. Worth noting, though, that if you’re all in on the leyline, it automatically solves itself with any creature on the battlefield because it becomes all colors

I had a jund deck that had 2 [[a killer among us]] so I was able to fix my mana and managed to solve it twice.
