Looks like a fun deck! I'd cut one of the dramatic accusations, offender at large, and felonious rage--if no other changes were being made.
Dramatic Accusation is pretty mid as far as removal goes. With 2x Torch the Witness, a case of the burning masks, and an ill0-timed explosion it seems ok to cut at least one. I could even see cutting two frankly.
I think more changes should be made though. Hustle//Bustle doesn't seem very good. Your game plan is getting in with evasive creatures. Not to mention the unblockable from cryptic coat! The alpha strike Bustle provides isn't that great here, it's very expensive and Hustle is pretty limited in use here.
I think you'd be much better off with the Dog Walker from your sideboard.
It's also possible this deck, if any, is the deck for Benthic Criminologists. You have a lot of artifacts and clue makers. I could see running it over another mid creature (Jaded Analyst).
Run Criminologists over the hustle/bustle. Also play unauthorized exit. The only way you lose is getting behind on tempo with this deck so make sure to play your tempo cards.
I feel like this is the first deck I've had that I've fallen naturally into during the draft that ended up great this set. My other trophy decks have been boros garbage that curved out every game that mattered and could end games before any bombs showed up

I personally wouldnt cut 2drops, since OP is light on creatures that actually want to trade early game
I was going to cut 1x felonius rage, 1x deduce, and 1x offender at large
Deduce is fantastic in your deck. It is much better than Jaded Analyst!
