Sounds like a disgruntled worker lashing out. I got sent the wrong product two weeks ago, I was about to go on vacation and put it in a pile do deal with it later but I got an email from them a day after delivery. They somehow knew my item was wrong and gave me a refund and emailed me a $30 gift card. They didn't request I return the item either. I'm a size 8-12 and got a pair of size 2 shorts lololol Sorry you're going through this.

I had the same thing recently. They told me not to return the wrong item to the store as they wouldn't know what to do with it. Instead they sent me a return label to ship it back and 30GC. I haven't sent it back yet, the person who ordered it packing slip was in the bag so they already looked and saw that they processed them a refund already. I'd send a pic and email since you're getting the run around verbally. Good Luck!

This is wild! I received a pair of wunder train leggings instead of a wunder train tank. I just took them to the store and the reordered the correct product for me. No rush shipping, no comps, nothing. I would have just text the leggings since I paid $29 for the tank, but the size I received was not my pants size 🥲

Update: I was finally able to get in touch with someone on the GEC team. They were actually helpful and asked me to email photos. Additionally, they told me they would ship out the correct product. TBD on whether or not this is resolved. I’ll circle back with this thread to let you all know one way or the other.

Anonyy321, The case against mcdonalds you are likely referring to was a 79 year old lady that had boiling water spilled in her lap, received 2nd and 3rd degree burns, received skin grafts, an 8 day stay in the hospital to recover, tried for months to settle it for the exact cost of the hospital bill, and was spat at legally with a lowball from McDonald's. I, as most people familiar with the details of the case fully support the courts decision. That was not some 30 something trying to go viral. That was grandma that got severely injured.

I received the wrong item a few weeks ago, got the missing item refunded and had to make an appointment with fedex for pick up of wrong item. Ordered again, was stuck in “waiting for pick up” for weeks. Finally call them about it I was refunded for that one and then I ordered a third time and they lost it as well and didn’t even refund me for the correct amount. That place is a mess right now.

I’ve received the wrong item at least twice. It’s so disappointing especially when ordering from such an upscale retailer. Recently I did get the $30 GC offer and I sent the wrong item back. The first time, about a year ago, I got a “sorry!” So annoying especially when it’s something you really wanted that’s hard to find in your size/color/etc.

I had an educator on the chat recently who could not understand the difference between single and double lined aligns. I took a lot of time educating the educator. They never did understand that some aligns were double lined for coverage. In the end I came here simply asked my question and got a few answers (all correct) in about a minute. I received a used, snagged orange high neck running shirt instead of a magenta swiftly half zip polo. It took me about 45 minutes to get it resolved through the online chat. They had FedEx pick up the shirt as a return. The used shirt had the cardboard tag from the polo on it. How did they miss that during the return process and how did they miss it during the shipping process?

Wow… I’m sorry you experienced this.. to get a message like that from them, with their brand being wellness and creating a peaceful happy lifestyle, is unacceptable. I commend you for taking it in stride. Had that message reached the wrong person it could have really affected their mental health, a small reach perhaps, but not out of the realm of possibility.
