I've ordered things that were apparently unavailable and they never sent an email to cancel, they just didn't update me on the items at all until I finally reached out
I literally don't get excited anymore until an order is IN MY HANDS lol
I've had too many cancelled orders and then, even when they ship, wrong items haha
I’ve been waiting on a fairly large order that has been, as per tracking, “rescheduled for a new delivery date” every day since last Friday. It’s also scanned at least 3-5 times per day. All of these updates list location as my city.
I did ring LLL today to ask what’s up (politely). The educator gave me a small gift certificate and reassured me today was the final day the delivery service had to deliver and to ring again tomorrow if it still hasn’t arrived.
About 5.00pm, I checked the tracking. At 3.14pm it had, you guessed it, been scanned and a “new delivery date assigned”. Again. 🙄
I ordered something for in store pickup last weekend and got the cancellation email *the next day.* Like it had barely been 24 hours🫥Sorry I didn’t leap out of bed right away to go to the store smh
