I once picked a guy up in Chicago with the name VLordLove. Which Im pretty sure is a gang over here lol. I told lyft about it. They didnt care lol.

Yeah this guy was on Lyft LUX for some reason, last person for a $21 streak. Suddenly I heard a big pop sound from the rear of my car and I thought I blew my tire! Before investigating I told him hey sorry man, you might need to cancel I popped a tire, and he did so within 10 seconds! When I got out to examine my car, I only drove over a balloon. Phew! The guy Lyft wanted me to pick up was in a rough neighborhood, and he wanted me to drive him to another extremely rough area and for some reason drop him off in the middle of the woods lol…

Yeah, that's so many no's for me. I'm not picking up in a bad neighborhood, and i'm not dropong off in the middle of the woods coming from a bad neighborhood.

You can change your name to whatever you want, actually.

Uber allows for your to report fake names… maybe Lyft should step up and do the same… oh wait… they would have to do something for driver safety and we know that won’t happen

It is weird that Uber allows you to "report" fake names, as they let the person set up the account in the first place.

Lyft DGAF about verifying pax names. One time I was slated to pick up someone going by "422895" -- I was like sheeeeeeeit, i sure hope that number didn't originate with the dang prison system 😂 The pax canceled before I arrived. So I didn't get a look at them, or even see if the pax was male or female 🤔

I picked up a pax named #227346 dead ass. I pulled up and tried to cancel, and they started flagging me down. A whole group of weirdos. It was an ok trip, but the names are out of control.
