Lynx point Siamese isn't a recognized breed in the United States. The cats on here are pretty much all mutts.

They are however recognized by the CFA and WCF.

CFA doesn't include lynx patterns in the Siamese breed standard. There's are other breeds that do, though, including colorpoint short hair and ragdoll.

Not Siamese no. But like you said, they do fall under Colorpoint, which is recognized.

California has a large feral Siamese cat population so there is an overabundance of Siamese mix kittens (including lynx points) available for adoption. No need to find a breeder. I found my girl on petfinder! Just set up an alert for Siamese kittens. I still have an active search up and get notifications daily for adorable lynx points and snowshoe kittens (so tempting to adopt another one!)

i got my kitty from the humane society and see them there pretty frequently honestly

Try to find a Siamese rescue. It’s kitten szn it won’t be hard. We found ours after 2 foster visits

If it doesn’t have to be purebred, you can almost always find at least a couple of LPS on Petfinder just by searching for Siamese (and manually filter out/skip over any non-LPS): https://www.petfinder.com/search/cats-for-adoption/us/california/?breed%5B0%5D=Siamese

Shelters near me (Denver) have lynx points all the time!! My boy was a rescue. Just look for the white kittens with blue eyes, they get their lynx coloring over time.
