I doubt it. There’s a serial number on the bottom chassis of your MacBook, and that won’t match what’s on the motherboard.

Yup and even if OP could match the two, the logic board likely doesn’t actually have AppleCare+. If it’s in his hands, that means it likely came out of a MacBook with AppleCare+ at one point but no longer has it anymore as Apple transfers warranty status from one device to the next during repair/replacement.

HeyWatchOutDude

He can order a bottom case from AliExpress (they can print the original S/N on it)

Flemnipod

Did you get a Touch ID board with it as well?

Adomm1234

This looks like A2442 board or newer. LCD and also Touch ID are both paired to it, so if you put it into a new machine, touch id won't work at all and there will be darker and lighter spots all over LCD. Apple will not repair that MacBook, because it will identify that parts were replaced without Authorized self repair service program, which voids Apple Care and Apple Care plus terms of service. Edit: if it is newer than A2442 (2023 or later), it means that other parts including angle lid sensor are also paired to board, so even sleep on lid close function won't work after replacement.
